0.15.0: Reply right where you read

Reply, Reply all and Forward now open at the end of the email you are reading, just like in Gmail. No more jumping to a separate window to answer a quick message.

• Reply in place. The reply opens under the conversation with the cursor ready in the editor. It grows with your text and the email above stays readable.
• Switch the type. Change between Reply, Reply all and Forward from the small menu before you start writing.
• Need more room? One click moves the reply to its own window, with your text and attachments kept.
• Everything still works. Undo send and Schedule send work as before. New emails still open in the compose window, and phones keep the full-screen compose.

For admins: lanetti_ui_inline_reply => false keeps replies in the window.
