Auth chrome on the product locale packs

Login and account-recovery surfaces now share the same en/es/de/fr/pt/ja/ar packs as the rest of the product UI:
- Passkey sign-in / enroll
- Magic-link OTP step
- OAuth provider button labels
- Forgot-password and reset-password pages
Marketing pages stay outside the product pack scope.
