Get an email when your feedback moves on the roadmap or when someone replies on a thread you started or joined.

• Status changes - we email you when your post moves (for example Open to Planned to Shipped).
• Replies - we email the post author and other participants when a new comment lands.
• Your choice - turn email on or off per project under Account > Notifications > Email alerts. In-app notifications stay on.

Delivery uses SendGrid once the site owner configures SENDGRID_API_KEY and a verified sender address.
