Public nav: add Home / Overview tab to project tabs

Severity: Low Area: Navigation
Project hub lives at /{slug} but primary tabs start at Feedback. Users must click the project name to return home.
Discoverability could be better with a Home or Overview tab, especially on mobile where back navigation is unclear.
Fix: Add optional Home tab as first item in ProjectTabs.
