Per-project public status page

Opt-in status page at /{project}/status with components, incidents, and updates. Managed under Settings → Status page. Public read when the project is public and status_page_enabled is on.

Follow-up shipped overnight: public status-page email subscribers (opt-in form on /{slug}/status), status_subscribers + status_incident_email_queue (migration 0126), fan-out on incident create/update (admin + MCP), settings subscriber/queue counts, and shared /unsubscribe/{token} for status + changelog.
