Separate "prioritize this" votes on planned roadmap items from original feature-request votes. Lets customers signal urgency once an item is already acknowledged. Admin UI shows original demand vs priority pressure.

Schema: roadmap_priority_votes(post_id, user_id, created_at). Public roadmap gets a lightweight "Prioritize" button on Planned/Reviewing items. Guardrails to prevent vote gaming and clear copy so users understand this is not a promise.
