Allow admins to run a richer internal workflow without exposing every internal state publicly. Example: internal statuses Investigating, Scoped, Estimated, Ready for dev can map to public Reviewing or Planned. Public roadmap stays simple; admin board stays useful.

Add fields to post_statuses or a mapping table: public_label, public_status_key, is_internal_only. UI in settings/statuses lets owners configure what public users see. All public routes respect mapping; admin routes show real internal status. Prevents roadmap oversharing while preserving operations detail.
