Free plan: reduce stacked Hollahoop promotion (footer + CTA)

Free orgs always get the "Powered by Hollahoop" footer and the floating "Want this for your product?" CTA pill at the same time.
Paid orgs can hide both. On free it feels doubly marketed on every page, especially on mobile where the CTA overlaps content.
Fix: Consider showing only footer OR floating CTA on free, or hide CTA on docs/feedback when footer is visible.
