Connect feedback to revenue context. Link posts/votes/support tickets to CRM accounts, contacts, companies, and deals. Show account ARR/plan/segment next to feedback so admins can prioritize customer-impact intelligently.
Phase 1: manual CRM URL link + metadata fields. Phase 2: OAuth integrations for HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive with search and autocomplete. Guardrails: CRM data visible only to members, never on public roadmap. Useful for enterprise sales and customer success teams.
