The simpler sibling of the pin widget for sites that just want a "Submit feedback" button or form, not full pin-on-page collaboration. Single script tag renders one of: a corner bubble that opens a form modal, an inline form embedded into a chosen container, or a button that opens a popover form.

Form fields configurable per site: subject, type (bug/feature/tweak from the post-type card), description, optional email, optional rating. Submissions become Hollahoop posts on a chosen board with chosen default tags. Same trust-policy stack as the pin widget. Captcha auto-injected when configured.

Use cases: "Give us feedback" link in app footers, in-product feedback button next to navigation, support entry point on marketing sites that do not warrant the full pin overlay. Smaller bundle than the pin widget so safe to use on perf-sensitive pages. Out of scope: visual pin attachment (covered by the pin widget card), in-app announcement badge (separate widget card already planned).
