Roadmap: what we're working on right now

Overnight ship note (not editing the pinned body yet): pgvector foundation + backfill cron, account digest rollup, Huddle artifact guest links + PDF pages + WP app-password auto-install, TipTap tables/code blocks, Discord matrix sync, public feedback empty i18n. Still infra-gated: Stripe live keys, SAML/OIDC, Teams App Store bot, Twilio live Verify/SMS, full next-intl route prefixes, PITR restore drill.

Overnight grind update (code-completeable):

• REST/MCP parity: GET /api/v1/projects/{slug}/boards, GET …/docs, PATCH …/posts/{id} (status), post_type on list posts + OpenAPI.
• Public portal i18n: project hub quick actions/support, feedback board/new/auth gate, post detail + comments/watch, roadmap chrome/kanban/view/prioritize, post-type + similar panels, embed widget.

Still infra-blocked / larger builds: Stripe live keys, SAML/OIDC, Teams App Store, pgvector credentials, live Twilio Verify/WhatsApp/voice, on-demand TLS, Canny/Productboard live APIs.

Also shipping tonight: GitHub outbound status notes on Shipped/Declined (comment parity with GitLab/Bitbucket; Shipped still closes the issue after the note). Plus REST coverage for GET …/search and POST …/ci, and api-docs RestRows for boards/search/status/docs/PATCH/CI.

More overnight ships:

• Huddle PDF zoom controls (fit-to-width × zoom, pin-aligned)
• [@hollahoop](/u/hollahoop)/sdk nearly full REST parity (projects, posts, status, docs, boards, search, CI, domains)
• GitHub Integrations copy updated for status notes + close-on-shipped

Still shipping i18n deep into admin: Privacy/Domain/Widget clients, General/Accounts/Workflow, Surveys/Tags/SSO/Webhooks/Changelog settings, billing, notification prefs, analytics full page, overview, sidebars…

Product/API earlier tonight: REST+SDK parity, GitHub status notes, Huddle PDF zoom.

Infra still required for remaining big items: Stripe live keys, SAML/OIDC, Teams App Store, live Twilio Verify/WhatsApp/voice, embeddings key, on-demand TLS.

Overnight hygiene: this living roadmap card should stay Open (not a shippable feature). Prefer linking to shipped cards for FTS/Huddle/digests/custom domains; keep Teams App Store, PITR drill, and pgvector semantic search as Planned. Incoming Teams webhook ≠ Teams app.

Overnight grind update: status email subscribers live; portal bug batch cleared (nav/search/sitemap/vote/embed/hub); delete_tag API; viewer read-only admin feedback + roadmap + status settings (canWrite). Remaining planned still mostly infra (pgvector key, Stripe, SAML, Teams app, Twilio WA/voice).

Overnight status (code side): viewer read-only admin, REST/MCP/SDK parity, status subscribers, and nearly full Vitest on /api/v1 + [@hollahoop](/u/hollahoop)/sdk are live. Widget chrome themes already shipped earlier.

Still infra-blocked on this board’s Planned list: pgvector live ranking (needs embeddings key), Canny/Productboard API import, SAML/OIDC. Huddle pin composite anchors + support j/k triage already shipped — consider refreshing the “In flight” section in the body.
