Microsoft Teams app: bring Hollahoop AI agents into Teams
A Teams app that surfaces Hollahoop cloud agents directly inside Microsoft Teams channels and chats. Users would @mention an agent in a Teams thread to triage feedback, draft a changelog from a discussion, search the docs, or hand off a request to the support inbox without leaving Teams. Distributed via the Microsoft Teams Admin Center for orgs that already pay for Microsoft 365.

Partial: Teams Incoming Webhook URL is supported for outbound notifications (see docs/TEAMS.md and Integrations). A full Microsoft Teams App Store app with @mention agents remains planned (needs Azure/Teams app registration).

Hygiene note (overnight): Teams Incoming Webhook on Integrations is shipped (
teams_webhook_url). This card stays Planned for the full Teams App Store / Azure AD / Bot Framework scope — do not mark Shipped when dogfooding the webhook alone. - Elsama· 8 days ago
Hygiene: keep this Planned. Incoming Teams webhook notifications on Integrations are already shipped (
teams_webhook_url, migration 0107) — that is not this card. This card is the full Teams App Store / Azure AD / Bot Framework surface (channel tabs, @mention agents). Do not mark Shipped when dogfooding the webhook alone. See
docs/TEAMS.md.
