Server pages + WP maintenance page: self-host fonts (no Google Fonts)

Server pages and the WP maintenance page (apps/web/lib/server-pages/render.ts, wp-maintenance.ts) load Bricolage Grotesque, Geist and Geist Mono from fonts.googleapis.com. That is an EU privacy (GDPR) concern on client sites.

Serve the woff2 files from our own host (e.g. oma.lanetti.fi or the node static dir) before the node rollout. Keep the system font fallback. The WP maintenance page lives on client sites, so it must not call Google either.
