QA: staff Uptime (/admin/uptime) needs a staff session in the headless click-through

The magic-link QA login (apps/web/e2e/lib/qa-auth.mjs, default QA_EMAIL) is not a staff session: /admin/uptime redirects to /dashboard, so the staff Uptime screens were not clicked through on 2026-10-15 (customer side was: 33 steps, no crashes).

Add a staff QA path (staff account or staff session cookie) so admin toolkits can be checked headless, then rerun the Uptime click-through for /admin/uptime, /admin/uptime/settings, /admin/uptime/history.
