P0: Core domain schema (catalog, services, billing, support, audit)

Imported from GitHub issue El-SaMa/oma#8 by @El-SaMa.

Add products, services, invoices, invoice_items, tickets, ticket_messages, jobs, audit_log, agent_sessions, agent_actions.

Done when: full skeleton schema is migrated and documented.
