Small polish: onboarding 'subdomain' label, de.json gaps

Onboarding calls the slug a 'subdomain' but URLs are path-based (hollahoop.app/{slug}) — rename to 'address' or support real subdomains
43 de.json strings identical to English — translate natively
stale build-master.log (UTF-16, June) in repo root — delete if tracked
