Tasks
- Per-subsite uptime monitor created automatically in OMA uptime at provisioning (and removed at deletion).
- Network health: PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Redis, disk, cron runs, certificate expiry, queue of pending domain verifications; Windmill checks pushing to OMA uptime.
- Logs: PHP errors tagged with blog_id; a staff view or MCP tool to read a subsite's recent errors.
- Growth: DB and uploads size per subsite against plan quota; alerts at 80 %.
Acceptance criteria
- Killing PHP-FPM on staging raises an alert within 2 minutes.
