Cloud connectors: Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS (customer accounts)

Later phase. Customer saves their own cloud API key (encrypted); OMA creates the server in their account with the same cloud-init.
- Hetzner first, then DigitalOcean, then AWS/GCP
- Terraform/OpenTofu only if many clouds make it worth it
