Epic: concept-led design (modes, concepts, kit, anti-template review)
Imported from GitHub issue El-SaMa/tekori#19 by @El-SaMa.
Concept-led design for TEKORI: blueprints become content checklists in bold and experimental modes, a library of page concepts with no boxed sections, the kit components they need, a review step that rejects template-looking pages, and the data to learn which concepts work.
Build order
Phase 1 (parallel, no dependencies)
- #1 Design mode setting (safe / bold / experimental)
- #5 Starter image: GSAP and three.js stack, bundle budget
- #12 Look tool: scroll positions, reduced motion, contact sheet
Phase 2
- #2 Blueprints as content checklists
- #3 Concept library format, loader, picker,
concepttool - #6 Kit: scroll family
- #7 Kit: type family
- #8 Kit: layout family
- #9 Kit: interaction family
- #10 Kit: 3D and canvas family
Phase 3
- #4 The first 16 concepts, each with a hand-built demo
- #11 Designer and builder prompts, skills, DESIGN.md
- #14 Proof checks: accessibility, performance, still version
Phase 4
- #13 Anti-template review step
- #15 Learning record: mode, concept, template score
Phase 5
- #16 Eval set (mechanics on nano/local; paid comparison only with an approved budget)
- #17 Docs, Blueprint Atlas update, in-app help
Rules for whoever builds this (Claude or Cursor)
- No paid TEKORI test builds until the operator approves a budget; use gpt-4.1-nano or local models for mechanics.
- Commits as ELSAMA, no tool attribution trailer (CI rejects it). Push to main runs CI and deploys.
- Typecheck kit changes inside the sandbox image (
tekori-sandbox), not only locally. - Every component: reduced-motion still version, phone version, keyboard access, KIT.md entry.
