Server pages: add Swedish (FI/SV/EN switch like the WP maintenance page)

FeatureOpenView on roadmap· 15 days ago

Imported from GitHub issue El-SaMa/oma#164 by @El-SaMa.

Server pages have FI/EN only. The WP maintenance page already has FI/SV/EN (apps/web/lib/server-pages/wp-maintenance.ts).

Operator has not decided yet: confirm first, then add native Swedish copy for all 7 pages to COPY in apps/web/lib/server-pages/render.ts and a SV button. Native copy only, never literal.
