LAFU Gift Cards: more languages out of the box + WPML and Polylang support

Imported from GitHub issue [El-SaMa/oma#243](https://github.com/El-SaMa/oma/issues/243) by @El-SaMa. --- Goal: the plugin works in as many languages as possible out of the box, so the product page can say e.g. 'Works in 20 languages, with WPML and Polylang'. Do: - Translate free + Pro into the same 20 languages as lanetti.fi (now only fi and sv bundled), native quality for fi/sv, good quality for the rest. - WPML: wpml-config.xml that marks the card texts (lafu_gift_cards_card_texts option: heading, name, line, recipient, sender, valid until) and the product fields (_lafu_gc_label, _lafu_gc_shop, _lafu_gc_line) as translatable; check gift card products work per language (amounts, design copied). - Polylang: register the shop card texts with pll_register_string and use pll__ when rendering; product meta translated per language product. - Emails go out in the buyer's language (order language) with WPML/Polylang. - Tests for both plugins with WPML and Polylang active; then add the language claim + Free vs Pro row to the landing page. - Do not start before the 1.4.0 / Pro 1.1.0 release is out.

Do:
