Docs: readers suggest edits (reviewed before publish)

Readers propose a change on any public docs page; staff review a diff and accept or reject it. The publish guard checks the suggestion first.

An abandoned Cursor draft from 2026-06-05 exists only as uncommitted files in C:/Users/msaij/.cursor/worktrees/hollahoop-doc-suggestions (migration 0052_doc_suggestions.sql, 249 lines, plus types). It is 4+ months behind master and its migration number collides, so use it as reference only and rebuild on current master (next migration 0130).
