Email from subsites: forms, password resets, WooCommerce orders

Problem

Subsites send mail as many client domains. Glama now only lets a login send as its own domain (sender lock), and unauthenticated mail from client domains lands in spam.

Tasks

Default: send as [email protected] (SPF, DKIM, DMARC set) with Reply-To the client's address.
Verified domain option: client adds SPF include and DKIM record for their domain (OMA DNS tools if the domain is ours) → mail sent as their address through a dedicated relay account; fits the Glama sender rules or uses a separate transactional relay. Decide and document.
Bounce and complaint handling feeding the existing suppression list.
Rate limits per subsite to protect the IP reputation.

Acceptance criteria

Woo order email from a staging shop reaches Gmail and Outlook inboxes (not spam) in both modes.
