Measure Lanetti Tools in Site Insights

Summary

lanedns.lanetti.fi is a Site Insights site (Lanetti Tools), created the next time the staff Insights page loads, next to Lanetti, LaamaFusion, and OMA.
Google Analytics and Search Console are no longer edited on Admin > Lanetti Tools > Settings. Cookieless usage tracking, AdSense, and Speed Lab mirrors stay there.
The tools site still receives the measurement id and a Search Console meta token on its config pull, from Insights when those exist, otherwise from the value already stored so the live tag is not cleared.

Open /admin/insights and confirm Lanetti Tools (lanedns.lanetti.fi) is in the list
Run Check again on that site (Search Console TXT, then the Analytics tag)
Confirm Admin > Lanetti Tools > Settings no longer asks for a GA id or Search Console token
Confirm the tools homepage still has its current tag until Insights supplies a new measurement id
