Tables: agent servers, enrolment tokens, desired app state, agent events
Platform tools (registry + executors + confirm) for list/enrol/deploy/upgrade/remove/revoke
Staff MCP + customer MCP coverage (product DoD)
Admin page (full width, add/edit in modals) + customer portal page
Audit log for every desired-state change and agent action
App env secrets encrypted at rest, only sent to owning server
