Lamoi plan entitlements: plugins, designs, AI credits and integrations per plan

Each Lamoi plan unlocks a set of extras, enforced on the network and shown in the toolkit:

Entitlement model per plan (Mini / Pro / Shop): allowed plugins/integrations, design packs, monthly AI (TEKORI) credits, storage, shop
Network enforces it (connector + plugin catalogue lamoi-waas#13), OMA is the source of truth
Toolkit shows what the plan includes and an upgrade path; add-ons buyable separately (AI credit packs, design packs)
Customer + staff MCP cover reading and changing entitlements

Competitor benchmark for the integration list: MyCashflow and Nodeshot (Finland), later WordPress.com.
