Lamoi Base theme (Astra fork) with TEKORI design tokens

Tasks

• Fork Astra (GPL) into themes/lamoi-base: rename folder, slug, text domain, handles, visible names; strip licence checks, upsells, notices and external calls; keep GPL notices and copyright lines as the licence requires.
• theme.json driven: colours, fonts (self-hosted, no Google Fonts calls), radius, spacing and type scale read from a per-site token set that TEKORI writes (lamoi_design_tokens option) → global styles.
• Header and footer variants matching our section library (navbar, navbar-booking, footer).
• Performance: no jQuery on the front end unless a block needs it; critical CSS small.
• Update policy: frozen fork; security fixes from upstream reviewed and cherry-picked; a watch on Astra security advisories.

Acceptance criteria

• A subsite with tokens A and another with tokens B look clearly different with the same patterns; fingerprint check (#7) clean; theme check / PHPCS clean.
