Public portal chrome continues to pick up the product UI locale packs (en/es/de/fr/pt/ja/ar).
Newly wired
- Status page header + badges
- Leaderboard
- Updates list/detail, release filters, subscribe widget
- Docs empty state and project hub activity columns
- Command palette
- Survey kind label + response form
- Cookie consent banner and preference center
Locale still comes from the login / footer language picker (hollahoop-ui-locale). Full next-intl route prefixes remain planned.
