Projects now have an optional community leaderboard and reputation layer.

What changed:

• Public leaderboard route added, gated behind a per-project enable switch.
• Reputation scores aggregate approved, non-deleted engagement only.
• Badges recognize top contributors, early reporters, and helpful bug finders.
• Admins get a community settings surface and can hide users from the public leaderboard.
• Hidden users remain visible to admins for moderation and audit context.

The feature is opt-in, so projects can enable it when they want a more community-driven feedback hub.
