Documentation can now be managed by version, such as latest, v1, or v2.

What changed:

• Existing docs were moved into a default latest version.
• Public docs can resolve versioned URLs while old links keep working.
• Admins can create, duplicate, deprecate, and set default docs versions.
• Public docs get a version switcher when multiple active versions exist.
• Search and MCP docs upserts are version-aware.

This makes Hollahoop docs suitable for API and product versioning workflows.
