Admins can now keep richer internal workflow states without exposing every operational detail on the public roadmap.

What changed:

• Mark a workflow status as internal-only.
• Map internal statuses to a simpler public status.
• Optionally set a public-facing label.
• Public roadmap, feedback pages, and public search now show the mapped public projection.
• Admin and member views still show the real internal status.

This keeps the public roadmap clean while giving teams more operational detail behind the scenes.
