The roadmap kanban header now matches what the best PM tools do, and adds a few touches of our own.

• Drag-to-reorder columns via the grip on the left of each header — persists position for every status in one round-trip.
• Pill-shaped status chip tinted with the status color, sized to read at a glance.
• Quick add (+) that drops you into the new-post form pre-pinned to that column's status.
• Universal collapse: every column can collapse to a vertical ribbon now, not just end-states. The collapsed ribbon shows the icon and label up top so you always know what's hidden, with the count and grip docked at the bottom.
• Drop a card into a collapsed column and it auto-expands so you can confirm the move.
