Locale pack polish and fuller SDK test coverage

Overnight follow-ups now live:

• More product chrome on the locale packs (public nav/shortcuts, login/auth forms, feedback fields, docs sidebar)
• @hollahoop/sdk unit tests cover essentially the full client surface (projects, posts, tags, surveys, tickets, status, docs, search, CI, domains)
• MCP registry tests require delete_tag; SDK README Scope list matches shipped methods

Still waiting on operator infra for Stripe, SAML, embeddings, Teams App Store, and live Twilio WhatsApp/voice.
