The public docs site is now written for users of Hollahoop — not for whoever runs it.

• Sign in to vote and comment — covers the four sign-in options and what we ask for.
• Submit feedback that gets shipped — practical guide for writing posts that actually move on the roadmap.
• How the roadmap works — lane-by-lane walk-through of Open / Planned / In progress / Shipped / Declined.
• Following what ships — changelog, pinned "up next" post, status emails.
• Statuses & boards at a glance — quick reference table.
• Site map — every public URL in one place.

Behind the scenes

We added a visibility column to docs pages — public or internal. Anonymous visitors only see public; org members see both, with a Public / Internal / All filter on the admin docs page. Architecture, self-hosting, and MCP setup notes moved to internal so they're only accessible to me and team members.
