The public Updates page now has a left-rail with one entry per changelog tag and a live count beside each.

Clicking a category filters the feed in place — same URL pattern as the rest of the site, so it's linkable. The "All" entry stays selected when no ?tag= parameter is set, and there's an Untagged bucket so nothing in the feed is unfindable.

The sidebar reads your project's tag taxonomy directly, so anything you create in Settings → Changelog shows up here too. The first colour dot beside each entry is the tag colour you picked.
