The roadmap now ships with three views, switchable from the top of the page and shareable via ?view=.

• Kanban (default) — the workflow board you already know, now with grip-drag column reordering and universal collapse.
• List — every status as a dense, scannable section. One row per item with votes, comments, board pill, and an admin status menu inline.
• Timeline — a chronological feed of "what moved when," grouped by month of last activity. Read-only by design, perfect for stakeholder updates.

All three share the same per-status icons and color language so switching between them never feels disorienting.
