The top-level admin pages (/app, /app/new, /app/[org]/new) now render inside a real portal shell. The persistent left rail mirrors the project sidebar: brand at the top, your orgs and projects as a tree, "+ New" buttons inline, and account / theme / sign-out at the bottom.

Why

The dashboard used to feel standalone — no nav, no way to switch workspaces. Now the whole signed-in surface feels like one product.
