Custom changelog tags

Tags categorise changelog entries on the public Updates feed. They power:

• The Releases sidebar with per-category counts
• The pill colour on each entry card
• The ?tag=… filter and corresponding RSS category

Default taxonomy

New projects ship with: announcement, new feature, improvement, bug fix, documentation, security update. These cover most teams without thinking about it.

Customising

Go to Settings → Changelog to:

• Create a new tag (paid plans)
• Rename or recolour any tag inline
• Reorder by drag (coming up)
• Delete a tag — entries that used it keep the label but lose the colour

Plan gating

Free projects can use the default taxonomy. Custom tag creation is paid; the Free plan paywall surfaces a non-disruptive upgrade modal in the same flow.
