Shipped a production-grade support inbox polish pass inspired by leading help desks. Support inbox: full-height collapsible filter rail (Linear-style)

**UX audit finding — implemented** The support desk stacked ~220px of header chrome (title, description, 3 filter rows) before the ticket list. Replaced with a full-height collapsible `InboxRail` (264px expanded / 64px icon-only) holding Views, Queues, Status, New ticket, and Settings. List + conversation now use the full canvas height; mobile keeps horizontal filter chips.

Post detail: reduce duplicate Sign in CTAs for anonymous users

**UX audit finding** Post detail shows Sign in in the global header (`UserNav`) AND in the comment composer AND on each thread's "Sign in to reply" link. Three identical CTAs on one page feels noisy. **Fix:** Keep header auth control; change comment composer to a single softer panel ("Join the discussion — sign in to comment") and hide per-comment reply sign-in when the composer already prompts.

Feedback post detail: link to roadmap card when item is on roadmap

**UX audit finding** Feedback post detail shows status badge but no deep link to the roadmap card. Users who land from search/votes can't see where the item sits on the public roadmap without manual navigation. **Fix:** When `status.show_on_roadmap`, show a subtle "View on roadmap" link next to the status badge.

Docs pages: unify search UX (inline vs header palette)

**Severity:** Medium **Area:** Docs / search Docs now have inline `DocsSearchInput`, but the header still exposes an icon-only `SearchTrigger` that opens the full command palette (posts + changelog + docs). Both respond to ⌘K and `/`, with different scopes. Easy to misunderstand which search you are using. **Fix options:** Hide header search on docs routes, or make ⌘K open inline search only on docs pages.

Docs mobile nav drawer: focus trap and scroll lock

**Severity:** Medium **Area:** Docs / accessibility The slide-over in `DocsShell` sets `role="dialog"` and `aria-modal="true"` but does not trap focus, restore focus on close, or lock body scroll. Keyboard and screen-reader users can tab into the page behind the overlay. **Fix:** Add focus trap (e.g. focus-trap-react or equivalent), `returnFocus`, and `overflow: hidden` on body while open.

Free plan: reduce stacked Hollahoop promotion (footer + CTA)

**Severity:** Medium **Area:** Branding / free plan Free orgs always get the "Powered by Hollahoop" footer and the floating "Want this for your product?" CTA pill at the same time. Paid orgs can hide both. On free it feels doubly marketed on every page, especially on mobile where the CTA overlaps content. **Fix:** Consider showing only footer OR floating CTA on free, or hide CTA on docs/feedback when footer is visible.

Empty project hub when all sections are disabled

**Severity:** Medium **Area:** Project hub If all hub section toggles are disabled, the hub can render only the hero with no quick actions, activity, docs links, or support block. There is no empty-state guidance telling admins or visitors why the page looks bare. **Fix:** Show an admin-only hint to re-enable sections, or a minimal "Nothing configured yet" state for visitors.

Settings forms: friendly error messages instead of raw codes

**Severity:** Medium **Area:** Admin settings Org and project settings forms surface raw `res.error` values (e.g. `failed`, `upgrade_required`, Postgres messages). Not user-friendly compared to doc feedback's `friendlyError()` pattern elsewhere in the app. **Fix:** Map known error codes to plain-language messages in settings forms.

Docs TOC: show desktop outline from lg breakpoint

**Severity:** Low **Area:** Docs / responsive Desktop TOC is `hidden xl:block`. Between `lg` and `xl`, users only get the mobile `<details>` outline. Tablet landscape gets a narrowed article column without sticky desktop TOC. **Fix:** Show desktop TOC from `lg` up, or keep mobile outline until `xl`.

**Severity:** Low **Area:** Compare / marketing Compare page claims "Custom branding and full theme control" while free plans still show Hollahoop footer + CTA, custom domains are coming soon, and public header only shows accent + initial. Sets wrong expectations for prospects evaluating vs Canny/Nolt. **Fix:** Align compare copy with actual Starter+ capabilities and mark coming-soon items explicitly.

Org logo preview: fallback when image URL fails

**Severity:** Low **Area:** Admin / branding Org logo preview in settings hides broken images via `visibility: hidden` with no error text and no fallback to the letter tile. After a bad URL or failed upload the preview area can look blank. **Fix:** On `onError`, revert to letter tile and show inline validation message.
